So, Bernie Sanders has suspended his presidential campaign …
… which seems to leave the field open for Joe Biden.
But Mr Biden is, in my opinion, a deeply flawed candidate ~ there are even comments being made about his cognitive abilities (and not just by Republican political operatives) ~ and unless the Democratic National Committee decides to hold a brokered convention America will have to make a choice between two very creepy, probably senile, old men.
My guess remains that the Americans will choose the devil they know, and Donald Trump will be re-elected this fall.
